Introduction to Shamanism Workshops

I offer a 3-part introductory series of workshops covering the basics of the shamanic journey, creating sacred space, working with intention, lower-middle-upper world journeys, ancestor healing, crossing souls over and personal healing using the shamanic path. Dates are below:

Shamanic Professional Development Course

As part of teaching the Shamanic Professional Development course, I have developed materials to support several topics I can present/facilitate in a 1/2-day or full day session, depending on how much experiential work you prefer. I am currently working on a schedule for the second year-long course beginning ealryin 2012, that will utilize materials from the following topics:

1. Perceptual thinking patterns: appreciating and noticing differences in the ways our brains process information and learn

2. Integrating messages from Spirit: why it is important and how to do it

3. Learning from the Medicine Wheel: a tool for personal and community transformation

4. Ethical considerations in energetic and spiritual healing

5. Shamanism and the Goddess/Determining Life Purpose

6. Beyond Death and Dying: including a map of consciousness

7. Ritual and ceremony for healing self and strengthening community

8. Connecting with Spirits in the middlwe world, at sacred sites and doing distant healing

9. Complementary and alternative therapies--a continuum of therapies from massage to shamanism

Reiki

I schedule Reiki attunements on a small group or one-to-one basis whenever people are ready to move to the next level. Reiki I scheduled for Sunday, September 4 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Monday September 5 from 11:00 - 3:30 p.m. Call me if you're interested in attending: 608/837-7558.

Shamanic Healing Sessions

You may contact me to schedule a shamanic healing session for yourself. During your session, I journey to the spirits in non-ordinary reality to ask your question and bring back information for you. We can then talk about the information and how you might integrate the information into your life. Shamanic healing, like Reiki, works on all levels (mental, emotional, spiritual and physical). Spiritual or energetic healing precedes physical healing and can also prevent physical symptoms from appearing.

Shamanic Reiki Sessions

In this type of healing session I provide hands-on Reiki as in a regular Reiki session on the table, and then open myself to messages that your ancestors or spirit guides might want to share with you regarding your path to wholeness and healing. I stay in a light trance for the entire Reiki session voicing the images and messages that come to me as they arise. We can then talk about the messages after the hands-on session is complete. This type of healing usually takes a couple hours.
